Who Can Purchase
All products — vape devices, disposable vapes, hookah, shisha, e-liquids, nicotine pouches, and tobacco accessories — are strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By placing an order, you confirm you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably suspect is placed by a minor, and may request ID verification before delivery.
Orders & Pricing
How Orders Work
All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and may be updated without prior notice. Your order is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
We may cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or failure to meet age/contact verification requirements.
Delivery
Shipping & Delivery Terms
We deliver across all Emirates. Standard delivery takes 3–5 hours (9am–6pm) and is free on orders above 90 AED. Express delivery (within the hour) is available for 12–25 AED.
Delivery times are estimates and depend on location, product availability, and order timing. Hachi Tobacco is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied — and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with valid photo or video proof via WhatsApp.
Opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If no defect is confirmed after inspection, the return request will not be accepted. See our full Return Policy for details.
Payments
Payment Methods
We accept cash on delivery, card payments, and pay-later options. All transactions are processed securely. Hachi Tobacco does not store your payment details on our servers.
