Return & Exchange Policy for Vape, Shisha & Tobacco Products
At Hachi Tobacco, all orders are prepared carefully before delivery. Due to the nature of vape products, hookah products, shisha flavours, tobacco-related items, and smoking accessories, all sales are final once delivered, except in limited cases where a clear defect, shipping damage, or store mistake is verified by our team.
Important Policy Notice
Vape products, hookah products, shisha items, e-liquids, tobacco-related products, and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, especially after being opened, used, unsealed, or removed from the original packaging.
All Sales Are Final
All vape products, hookah products, shisha flavours, disposable vapes, vape devices, e-liquids, tobacco-related products, lighters, batteries, accessories, and other items sold by Hachi Tobacco are final sale once delivered or collected.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that are opened, used, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or no longer in original sealed condition.
How to Report a Product Issue
If a customer believes the product has a defect, the customer must contact Hachi Tobacco through WhatsApp and clearly explain the issue.
- Send the product name clearly.
- Explain the defect or issue in detail.
- Send a clear photo or video proving the issue.
- Send the request shortly after receiving the order.
- Keep the product, packaging, and accessories available for inspection.
Defect Inspection & Verification
After receiving the customer’s message, photo, or video, Hachi Tobacco will review the claim. The product may need to be inspected and tested before any decision is made.
If the defect is confirmed after inspection and verification, the product will be replaced with the same item, including the same specifications, model, size, strength, and flavour where applicable.
If No Defect Is Found
If the product is tested and no defect is found, the return, refund, or exchange request will not be accepted.
If the order is verified and found to be exactly as requested, we sincerely apologize, but no return or exchange will be accepted. All orders are carefully prepared, and every claim must be supported with clear evidence before any action is taken.
Store Mistake or Wrong Item Received
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a clear mistake made by Hachi Tobacco, such as the customer receiving a different item than what was ordered.
- The wrong item must be reported shortly after delivery.
- The product must be unused and unopened.
- The product must remain sealed and in original packaging.
- Photos or videos may be required as proof.
- The issue must be verified by Hachi Tobacco before replacement.
Original Condition Required
In all approved cases, the product must be in its original condition, sealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that are opened, used, tampered with, missing parts, missing packaging, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted.
- Original packaging must be available.
- The product must not be opened or used.
- Seals, labels, and accessories must remain intact.
- The product must not be physically damaged by the customer.
Non-Returnable Products
For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, opened, or used:
- Disposable vapes and puff devices.
- Vape devices, pods, coils, cartridges, and batteries.
- E-liquids, nic salts, and flavour liquids.
- Hookah, shisha products, shisha flavours, and tobacco-related items.
- Mouthpieces, hoses, pipes, midwakh accessories, and personal-use accessories.
- Lighters, charcoal, burners, and smoking accessories.
No Responsibility for Misuse
Hachi Tobacco does not accept responsibility for misuse, incorrect handling, improper charging, physical damage, water damage, leakage caused after use, customer negligence, or any product that has been opened after delivery.
Customers are responsible for checking product instructions, using compatible accessories, and handling all vape, hookah, tobacco, and smoking-related products safely.
Damage During Shipping
If an item is clearly damaged during shipping, the issue must be reported shortly after receiving the order with valid proof, including clear photos or videos. The product must remain unused, sealed, and in the condition in which it was received.
Hachi Tobacco will review the evidence and may approve a replacement only if the damage is verified.
Replacement Only, No Refund Guarantee
If a defect, shipping damage, or store mistake is confirmed, Hachi Tobacco may replace the product with the same item, same specifications, and same flavour where available.
Refunds are not guaranteed. Any approved resolution is subject to inspection, verification, product condition, and store approval.
Final Decision
Hachi Tobacco reserves the right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or replacement request after inspection and verification. If the product is found to be correct, working, opened, used, or not eligible under this policy, no return or exchange will be accepted.
